Fabulous HP espresso computer sleeve for a 13.3 inch diagonal screen laptop
When I ordered this I couldn’t find its exact dimensions anywhere (I have since found it to be 13.5″ X 10.5″ X 1.6″ on the HP sleeve paperwork), but I saw some good reviews for the 16 inch HP sleeve (also the espresso version), so I took a chance and ordered it directly from Amazon for my 13.3 inch diagonal screen for the now discontinued HP dv3t notebook computer, but it will fit almost any 13.3 inch diagonal screen including the MacBook and the more recent HP dm3t, 13.3 inch screen (the latter is the HP dv3t replacement with a significantly longer battery life using even a smaller battery!), since I am using the much larger/thicker 12 cell battery and it fits the laptop quite nicely even with that extra large size battery. HP actually now advertizes a bundle for its dm3t laptop with a 6 cell battery with this specific 14 inch sleeve.
SUMMARY:
It is a fine and very well made notebook sleeve made of neoprene on the outside (and an espresso pattern just like some HP notebooks if you are into artistic designs). I believe it is designed well and will keep your laptop well protected when not being carried in a computer backpack for added protection. It also has a zippered external pocket for a few relatively small items (probably too small for a regular size adaptor/charger with anything else however). It even has a very fine collapsable handle that works great for carrying it around through airport security checkpoints. I believe it is also quite security friendly if the outside pocket is not jammed full with extra items like a mouse, extra battery, etc. The handle extends for carrying purposes and collapses completely for insertion into a computer backpack. One very fine aspect that I really like is that the zipper for the laptop itself runs only across the top of one side of the sleeve, so that it is simple and easy to remove the unit from a backpack designed specifically for a laptop. I am really pleased with the sleeve even in comparison to the Mobile Edge neoprene sleeve that I just gave to my son for his new MacBook (also a 13.3 inch diagonal screen) which only had a strap for holding on to the sleeve for carrying purposes and with a zipper across the long dimension (along its longest side) rather than along the top as on the 14 ” HP espresso sleeve.

If you have a 14.1′ laptop, by this sleeve. It fits the laptop perfectly in every way, and it is just so slim and portable. the material also seems very sturdy! 5/5 Hewlett Packard!!!
